About the 2024 Saga International Balloon Fiesta, Competition Flight in the morning on Mon. Nov.4, which is the very last competitive flight, they will make a decision whether they hold or not at the briefing starts from 5:15 am. However, the Kase River bank is not available for our event so that each pilots will decide the place to take off. Please understand that there are not any specific places to be held the mass assertion.
We will not announce the target and the place balloons takeoff because there are risks causing accidents and trouble to neighborhood. Thank you for your cooperation.
