The Participants of 2019 Saga International Balloon Fiesta 40th Anniversary (for 5 days, Oct 31, Thu. - Nov 4, Mon. 2019 at Kase Riverbed, Saga City) have been announced.
In this year, there will be 123 pilots from all over the world, 17 countries including Japan.
